Here at The Pilates Yoga Company, we offer a variety of Pilates classes to fit your needs.
Our classes are designed to progress you through the exercises so that you will truly learn the Pilates method and realize all of its amazing benefits.
We make sure you are getting the maximum benefit out of the classes.
GROUP CLASSES
Our small Group Pilates Classes can accommodate all fitness levels. We offer Pilates Reformer, Jumpboard, Orbit, Barre, Tower/Chair, and Roller classes.
These classes are a fun and effective way to do a Pilates workout, while still getting great feedback for your body type, from your instructor.
SEMI PRIVATES
Our Semi Private Pilates Class provides the individualized attention of a private, but consists of two people working simultaneously with one certified Pilates instructor.
This is a great way to work out with a friend.
PRIVATES
Our Private Pilates Class provides one-on-one attention with a certified instructor solely dedicated to you.
This class is tailored to your individual needs, strengths and weaknesses.
CREATE YOUR OWN SERIES CLASS
Classes are designed for those of you who have a small group of friends, with whom you'd like to create a special class.
Series Classes require a minimum of 4 people and can be 4, 8 or 12 weeks in length.
